Dr Laux is my favorite vet ever. Patient, kind, knowledgeable. Respectful of my POV (I tend to lean towards less medical treatments rather than more) and with clear answers to my questions. She clearly cares about her patients and so does her team. She has done right by my previous dog and gave him an extra two months (he passed at 17). And just gave my newly adopted pup a thorough health check up without souring him on future vet visits. Highly recommended!
I've been very happy with all of my experiences at Rondont Valley. I have three cats, and they've always given them expert and compassionate care. The office is clean, well staffed, and has lots of convenient parking.

The doctors and staff at Roundout Valley Vets are incredible. My 6 year old kitty had to have her back leg removed due to a tumor that showed up in August. I thought it was just an abscess, nope it's a tumor. The doctor did an amazing job on her amputation and everyone reassured me Mini would get along just fine on 3 legs. I want to thank everyone there for all their hard work especially Dr Laux.

We’ve been going here for years and have never had a bad experience! Dr. Laux is the best, she explains what she’s doing and why every step of the way. The customer service is always top notch from check in to check out. Shout out to VT Meghan also for loving my animals, even when they’re being rude!
Easy and fast to schedule an appointment, everyone was very friendly and informative (front desk, nurses, doc), and the doctor took the time to explain things to me AND he helped the nurse help my dog. I'll definitely be back!
